Aishwarya Rai seems to be buying time before saying a yes for the lead female role opposite Sanjay Dutt in the remake of Satte Pe Satta. The actress has allegedly kept the actor and director waiting for almost two months now. Ash has been asked to play Hema Malini’s role in the film but seems to be dilly-dallying a great deal. As a result Sanju baba and director Soham Shah have been kept on hold all this while. “Soham has given her a two-and-half hour narration of the script. She seemed interested and promised to get back. But after that, she has still not given a confirmed response,” a source said. Ash’s non-committal response has left Dutt in a dilemma as he is rather keen to have her do the role and is hesitant about approaching another actress, until she herself declines the offer.
