He was perhaps one of the most controversial figures on the reality TV show Bigg Boss, but after his ouster on Friday night, terrorist Ajmal Kasab’s ex-lawyer Abbas Kazmi says he was eliminated because the other contestants saw him as a “threat”.
Kazmi is fuming at the buzz that he went on the reality show to clear his image. “I did not go for any such reason. I don’t need to do any such thing. I always got a pat on the back even when I was defending Kasab. Why do I need anyone’s help to clear my image? I went on the show because I love challenges,” he says.
Talking about his co-contestants, he says actor Rahul Bhatt (filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt’s son) is a “nice boy”. “He became like a younger brother to me,” he says.
One of his big problems on the show was that he wanted to cook for everyone. “But like I said, there was a sort of groupism against me and they didn’t let me,” he says.
