Tannishtha Chatterjee, who has been reveling in the success of her internationally acclaimed film, Dekh Indian Circus, has another reason to celebrate.
The actress, who had been asked to be a part of the jury of The Asia Pacific Screen Awards last year, has now been asked to co-host the event this year. This is the first time ever that an Indian has been approached to host the event to be held at Gold Coast, Australia in November
When contacted, Tannishtha said, “Being asked to host the award function is amazing. I have been asked to work on pronouncing the names properly. They have sent me recordings of the right pronunciations of the names – be it Russian, English or Chinese. This is one of the most important aspects of my preparation.”
