It is not that common a dish, but tastes quite yummy.
Ingredients: 500 gram green mangoes, few red chillies, one dessert spoon coriander, half tsp each cumin and turmeric, garlic, ginger, two sliced onions, one tbsp jaggery, salt.
Method: Grind the chillies, coriander, cumin, turmeric, garlic and ginger. Fry the onions adequately, add the ground masala. Next, add the mangoes and jaggery, cover with water. Add salt and cook till it is not too thick.
